100 Black Men of America, Inc. seeks to serve as a beacon of leadership by utilizing our diverse talents to create environments where our children are motivated to achieve, and to empower our people to become self-sufficient shareholders in the economic and social fabric of the communities we serve.

Mission Statement:
The 100 Black Men of Greater Washington, DC is devoted to improving the quality of life for African-Americans--particularly young males--in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area through programs focusing on health and wellness, economic empowerment, education and mentoring.
Objectives:
The 100 Black Men of Greater Washington, D.C., recognizes that many of the growth industries are based in science, technology, engineering and math. It is our desire to expose minority students to STEM programming to open their eyes to different career choices and opportunities.
