Chicago Scholars is a 7-year college access, success, and leadership development program that empowers academically-ambitious low-income or first-generation students to overcome systemic barriers to success in college and beyond while simultaneously preparing the city’s businesses and organizations for the next generation of leaders. We believe that a zip code should not define a student’s chance of success, and with access to our network of resources and support, Scholars are twice as likely as their peers to graduate from college equipped with the tools to realize their full potential as students and leaders.
