Program Description:
Veterans Upward Bound (VUB) is a program designed to help refresh academic skills and give veterans the confidence they need to successfully pursue a college degree or a postsecondary vocational training program. Funded by the US Department of Education, VUB programs and services are provided to eligible veterans completely free of charge.
