To provide an evidence-based array of healthy youth development, resilience, academic excellence, financial education, and college/career readiness services, especially for students who are likely to experience achievement gaps due to poverty, minority status and other documented risk factors.
Objectives:
To increase the number of youth who excel academically, who complete higher education or vocational training programs, and who obtain family-wage jobs in careers that fit their skills and preferences.
