Ironton College Access Program History Established in 2001 in collaboration with the Ohio College Access Network Provides a college advisor and an early awareness advisor to the students in the Ironton City Schools To date, Ironton College Access Program has awarded $72,000 in last dollar scholarships to eligible Ironton High School graduating seniors In 2008, 71% of Irontonâs graduating seniors went on to further their education, compared to 60% prior to the establishment of the Ironton College Access Program In 2008, the Ironton graduates received $1.8 million due to the efforts of the Ironton College Access Programs in collaboration with the Ironton High School Guidance Department.
