Program Description:
JCYC College Access Programs connect underserved youth with comprehensive and culturally competent college access services in San Francisco and Daly City. We partner with local public schools throughout San Francisco and Daly City to provide academic course planning, college preparations, academic and financial aid advising. All are services are free.
Our programs are comprised of 5 federal funded TRIO programs, also known as Educational Talent Search and Upward Bound, and 1 state funded Cal-SOAP program.
Our fiscal agent is the Japanese Community Youth Council (JCYC), a non-profit youth development community agency in San Francisco.

To provide comprehensive college access services that assist and support low-income youth to graduate from high school, enroll and complete college.
