La Plaza is a nonprofit organization in central Indiana that provides educational programming, health and social services, and cultural events in order to serve, empower, and integrate the central Indiana Latino community.

Mission Statement:
La Plaza's mission is to strengthen central Indiana by advocating and preparing Latino students for educational success and by connecting Latino families to health and social services.
Objectives:
La Plaza's Tu Futuro program works with Latino students in grades 7-12 individually and through workshops to support their ability to graduate and enroll in post-secondary education. Tu Futuro provides the following program components in numerous school settings throughout central Indiana: - introductory college preparation workshops - eight-week bi-lingual workshop series for each grade level - parent workshops - college visits - community service and student leadership development activities - job shadows - mentoring opportunities - individualized student consultations in person, by phone, and email
