Program Description:
Pass With Flying Colors is a college access and persistence program serving Chicago's underserved high school students. All PWFC students will be the first in their families to graduate from college. PWFC is an 8+ year program. Students join PWFC in the fall of 9th grade and participate in academic enrichment, leadership development and college readiness programs on a weekly basis throughout high school. In college, PWFC students continue to receive individualized mentoring and support to ensure their persistence to graduation. Finally, PWFC provides post-secondary support until all students have secured their first career job and are successfully using their college degree.
