The Pennsylvania College Access Program is a nonprofit statewide educational workforce development outreach program working to provide assistance to individuals completing applications for college, business and technical schools. PA CAP assists individuals who might otherwise never have the opportunity to attend or graduate from college. PA CAP provides assistance in completing applications for colleges, business and technical schools and the completion of financial aid applications (FAFSA). We also assist individuals in clearing the default on their student loans, enabling them to complete their education. The program serves students and the community who: â¢ Will be the first in their family to attend college, â¢ Are from families of limited income, or â¢ Are from areas or schools with low eligibility or college participation rates, â¢ Are from secondary public, private and charter schools

The mission of the Pennsylvania College Access Program is two-fold: to assist individuals in entering and graduating from a college, university, business or technical school in order to become a valuable component in the changing labor pool, and to provide culturally relevant, comprehensive college preparation information and assistance.
