The Philadelphia Education Fund creates equitable access to opportunities for students by providing resources and expertise that build paths to college and career success.
Through the College Access Program, PEF is providing full-time college and advising services in sixteen low graduation rate high schools, serving nearly 4,000 at-risk students. Our students graduate high school, apply, and attend college at a rate that is well above the average for their peers.
