The Educational Talent Search program identifies, assists, and motivates low-income, first generation youths to complete high school and enter into higher education. Talent Search also serves high school dropouts by encouraging them to reenter the educational system and complete formal education. The purpose of the Educational Talent Search program is to promote excellence and academic achievement by means of counseling, mentoring, and tutoring to all qualified participants who have the desire and the potential for post-secondary education.
