Mission Statement:
Student Assistance Foundation's mission is to provide students and families with tools to pursue and fund their postsecondary education. SAF uses proceeds from its student loan servicing business to offer a range of programs that include grants, community outreach, counseling and training on education finance planning.
Objectives:
We will achieve the goal of higher education for all Montanans when all residents know about and use the wide range of funding options available for college, trade school, technical school or other higher education aspirations. Programmatic objectives: • Increase participation in postsecondary education by Montana resident students; and • Reduce financial barriers to postsecondary education for Montana resident students.
