Program Description:
Project GRAD Newark was organized to assist the Newark Public School District in promoting and improving the quality of education in the Newark schools. Such support will improve and expand the diversity of educational programs delivered in the Newark schools and will decrease the governmental cost of providing such educational programs through more efficient utilization and allocation of resources within the Newark schools.
