Program Description:
The two Upward Bound programs at California University of Pennsylvania (Upward Bound-Fayette and Upward Bound-Greene) are federally-funded educational programs designed to prepare eligible students for success in a program of study at a college or university leading to a bachelor’s (four-year) degree. Both programs offer FREE activities and services year-round, including academic advising and guidance, planning for postsecondary education, help with college admissions and financial aid applications, social and cultural opportunities, study skills instruction, tutoring, and visits to area college campuses.
