Program Description:
Marwen is a non-profit arts education program and our mission is to educate and inspire under-served young people through the visual arts. We provide free, after-school programs in the visual arts, college preparation, and career development. Students must be in grades 6-12, live in the city of Chicago, be able to make work for up to three hours, have the desire to attend Marwen, and come from under-served communities or schools. Marwen students come from 55 of the 57 zip codes in the city.
