Our Mission The mission of Choices Leadership Upward Bound is to build lifelong learning skills for college and beyond by generating in program participants the skills and motivation necessary to complete a program of secondary education and enroll in and graduate from institutions of post-secondary education. We also strive to provide quality personal and community education for America's future generation of leaders by promoting ethical citizenship, multicultural knowledge, artistic creativity and academic excellence paralleled with appropriate choice making and self value.
