Program Description:
College and Career Pathways, Inc. (CCP), is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization that offers school-site and community-based college access and career exploration services to elementary, middle, and high school students throughout Prince Georgeâs County and the greater DC Metro area. We strive to ensure that each student we reach graduates from high school with a plan for achieving their educational and career goals.

Mission Statement:
Our mission is to facilitate access to postsecondary institutions for students from underserved populations, while increasing their awareness of the wide range of educational and career opportunities available to them.
Objectives:
College Access Programming • Increase the number of applications completed (college, scholarship, financial aid). • Increase the number of students accepted into at least one postsecondary institution. • Increase the amount of scholarships and financial aid received. • Increase the number of students who maintain an acceptable high school and college GPA. • Change student attitudes about their ability to attend and succeed in college. • Eliminate obstacles to students' ability to attend a postsecondary institution. Career Exploration Programming • Expose students to a wider range of career opportunities. • Match students with career paths that best suit their interests and aptitudes. • Improve student understanding of the educational path necessary to attain career goals.
