The Denver Scholarship Foundation inspires and empowers Denver Public Schools’ students to enroll in and graduate from postsecondary institutions of higher education, by providing the tools, knowledge, and financial resources essential for success.
Objectives:
Our Future Centers, Scholarships and on-campus support systems are designed not just to get students into college, they work seamlessly to help students graduate. Since our launch in 2006, we've made tremendous progress: ■$17 million in scholarships awarded to 3,300 students ■30 percent increase in college enrollment ■80 percent of our scholarship recipients are still in school or have completed their program
