Educational Opportunity Centers, Inc. provides FREE services to encourage and assist adults, as well as high school students in target area schools who are interested in continuing their education. Funded through the United States Department of Education TRiO program, we focus on the low- income, potential first- generation college students. The Educational Opportunity Centers of Pennsylvania provides Financial Aid Assistance, help completing the FAFSA, the PHEAA, and guidance with college admission and career counseling. The Educational Opportunity Centers of Pennsylvania is staffed by a dedicated team of professionals who are experts in the field of post-secondary access, education and training.
