Program Description:
Next One Up (NOU) provides highly individualized, wrap-around support that empowers young men in Baltimore to become the City's next generation of leaders. Although these young men may face significant challenges in their homes, neighborhoods or schools, NOU staff provides the long-term mentoring and coaching that will make a lasting difference in their lives. Our year-round, multi-year programming is unparalleled in its breadth and depth.

Next One Up (NOU) seeks to transform the lives of young men in Baltimore City by supporting and advancing their academic, athletic and social development.
Objectives:
Our key objective: to ensure that every student athlete we serve is able to achieve his full potential. We work with participants to ensure that they find their way to a good high school where they can truly thrive, and that they successfully graduate on a clear path to college or career.
NOU provides an unparalleled breadth and depth of services to our student athletes. Our year-round, multi-year services are designed to have a maximum effect on the young men we serve. We provide deep relationships with adults and provide our young men not only with tangible support, but with perseverance, grit and resilience that will be the precursor of lifelong success.
