Program Description:
The Summer Academy for Young Students focuses on exposing high school students to careers and courses in business, mathematics, engineering, and technology. The Academy provides students with activities to help them become aware of college life. Faculty emphasizes hands-on projects in computers, statistics and financial planning.

Mission Statement:
The Summer Academy for Young Scholars is a one-week academic enrichment program geared to encourage, enlighten and excite students about learning, study skills and leadership development. We provide hands-on workshops to promote our theme - Learning math and science is fun damental.
Objectives:
The goal is to help students prepare for college and to provide the support that will help them identify career and educational goals.
