Program Description:
Every student who graduates from Montgomery County Public Schools deserves the opportunity to go to college or technical school, regardless of his or her family income, race, or whether his or her relatives attended college. CollegeTracks changes lives and communities by giving Montgomery County's low-income and first-generation-to-college students the chance to go to colleges where they can succeed with enough financial aid and continuing support to help them attain the degrees they seek.

Mission Statement:
CollegeTracks works to improve college access and success for MCPS students most at risk of not getting to college â low-income, first generation college bound, immigrant, minority youth.
Objectives:
1. Recruit all the underserved students at each high school we serve. 2. Help all CollegeTracks students through every admissions and financial aid milestone - self-assessment, college search, test prep and registration, submitting applications, submitting the FAFSA, identifying and applying for other financial aid, analyzing financial aid award letters. 3. Improve persistence and graduation among CollegeTracks students who elect to join the College success program.
