Housed under the Dean of Students, Upward Bound is part of Florida Atlantic University's Pre-College Programs. Upward Bound is a federally funded program through the United States Department of Education under the National TRIO programs. This program is a partnership between FAU and the Broward County School Board. Upward Bound provides academic support, exposure to cultural events, college tours, and ACT/SAT test preparation to its participants. Our goals are to increase students' GPA, standardized test scores, entrance into college and graduation from college.
