Program Description:
Each spring, we invite 60-65 promising students of color to embark on an 12-year, life-changing journey. It demands hard work and commitment. In exchange, it offers invaluable opportunity. The 12-year program model is divided in four distinct phases - Academic Enrichment, Academic Counseling and Support, Leadership Development and College Support. Our program combines rigorous academics and leadership development with personalized support for scholars and families from 5th grade through college graduation. We are committed to eliminating barriers to educational opportunities and growing new generations of diverse college graduates, career professionals and community leaders.

Rainier Scholars cultivates the academic potential and leadership skills of hard-working, low-income students of color.
