The Philadelphia Education Fund creates equitable access to opportunities for students by providing resources and expertise that build paths to college and career success.
Objectives:
Through the College Access Program, PEF is providing full-time college and advising services in sixteen low graduation rate high schools, serving nearly 4,000 at-risk students. Our students graduate high school, apply, and attend college at a rate that is well above the average for their peers.
